Based on the original stories of Mike and Alison Battle ‘Lapland’, the show, is a ground-breaking immersive theatrical production that brings to life the mythical elven world of Father Christmas. Role Overview
Warehouse Assistants are key members of the team at LaplandUK as they ensure our stores and show areas are fully stocked with the right Lapland items. The role is a great opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join a friendly team in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Based at our Ascot event site the Warehouse Assistants will be responsible for picking product from the warehouse and delivering it to stores and outlets on the event site.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to take receipt of deliveries, move stock within the warehouse as directed and to deliver items to stores and other Front of House locations.
- Consistently follow Health and Safety rules and guidance to ensure safe manoeuvre and delivery of items.
- Immerse yourself in the Lapland narrative and understand the importance of having the right items in the right place at the right time.
- Follow all relevant process standards.
- Attend any training as required.

- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and be part of Lapland.
- Bright and articulate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

Lapland is based in Capesthorne Hall, Congleton Road, Siddington, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY.
Key Dates
- PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role. Training will take place on select dates between the end of October 2025 and the beginning of November 2025, training is mandatory.
- LIVE EVENT: Tuesday 11th November - Wednesday 24th December 2025
